AGREEMENT:
By checking this box you attest that you have full insurance coverage on your motorized boat. Shellcamp Association is not responsible for damages. (Required)
I agree to pay the fee associated with boat storage prior to dropping boat(s) at the lot.

I agree to have my watercraft removed from the association lot by June 1, 2027(Required)
A member from the board will open the hall two hours prior to the event and will lock the hall two hours after the event. If you need further assitance please indicate on the form.
I acknowledge that I am responsible for the cleanup after the event.(Required)
I am responsible for any damages that have occurred during the event and will pay for the damages to be fixed.(Required)
I am a member of Shellcamp Lake Association in good standing.(Required)
